Devil’s Praskalo is a dramatic tiered waterfall in the Severen Dzhendem Reserve of the Central Balkan National Park, on the northern slopes below Botev Peak, above the town of Apriltsi. The Vasilkovitsa River (also known as the Left Vidima) plunges down the sheer Dzhendema cliffs in several cascades. Precise geodetic measurements give a total drop of 202.5 m and an average slope of about 59°, making it the tallest measured waterfall in Bulgaria.

The flow is perennial and strongest in spring during snowmelt. The waterfall can be seen from the trail between Pleven Hut and Botev Shelter, where the spray stands out against the dark rock walls.
