Koprenski Waterfalls

Koprenski Waterfalls are a group of three scenic falls in the Chiprovtsi section of Western Stara Planina in northwestern Bulgaria, above the village of Kopilovtsi and below Mount Kopren, at about 1175 m.

The main drops – Durshin Skok, Lanzhin Skok and the so-called Water (Big) Fall – plunge roughly 5–20 m over moss-covered reddish rock walls.

The surroundings are quiet and shady, with beech forests and many smaller cascades along the Grafskа and Malina rivers, offering cool fresh air and lovely views during the warmer months.
