Silistar Beach is a sheltered bay on Bulgaria’s southern Black Sea coast, between Sinemorets and Rezovo, within Strandzha Nature Park. Soft golden sand and clear water are framed by rocky headlands and a dense Strandzha forest that reaches almost to the shore.
At one end, the small Silistar River flows into the sea, creating a picturesque river mouth. The area has been protected since 1992 and is part of Natura 2000, noted for rare Pontic white dunes and rich coastal biodiversity. There’s a campsite and a few seasonal services, yet the overall feel stays quiet and wild—great for swimming, snorkeling and slow nature walks.
