Slivodolsko (Slivovdolsko) Padalo is a striking 49 m waterfall on the Slivov Dol River, in the Dobrostan area of the Western Rhodopes. It lies within the Chervenata Stena (Red Wall) Reserve and is protected as a natural landmark; the closest reference points are Bachkovo village and Bachkovo Monastery, with Yugovo also nearby.
Water slides over mossy rock faces, giving the stream a greenish tint, and gathers in a bluish pool at the base carved into the riverbed. It is usually at its best in spring, while in cold spells it can freeze into an impressive curtain of ice. A marked eco-trail follows the shaded valley, passing small cascades and additional minor falls before reaching the main drop.
