Ustina Waterfall lies on the northern slopes of the Western Rhodope Mountains, just above the village of Ustina between the towns of Perushtitsa and Krichim, about 30 km from Plovdiv.
The stream drops some 15–18 metres down broken rock walls, forming a narrow but very picturesque veil of water that is at its best in spring or after heavy rain. Although the river is usually small, the high cliffs and lush vegetation shape a cosy natural amphitheatre around the cascade.
A short, well-marked eco-trail with benches and fountains leads to the waterfall and continues up to St George chapel, rewarding visitors with wide views over Ustina village and the fertile Maritsa valley.
